Welcome to Finca Na Gat Mallorca — a peaceful holiday home in the heart of the island.
Please take a moment to read the following information before your stay.
These guidelines will help ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

• A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

• The remaining 80% must be paid 60 days before arrival.

• Bookings made less than 60 days before arrival must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

• All prices are per night and include VAT, cleaning, and utilities unless otherwise specified.

• The Sustainable Tourism Tax (Ecotax) is not included (see below).

2. Minimum Stay and Short-Stay Surcharge

The minimum stay is 7 nights.
A 10 % short-stay surcharge per night applies to bookings shorter than:

• 10 nights during Mid Season

• 14 nights during High Season

• 60+ days before check-in: 20% of the total booking amount.

• 8–59 days before check-in: 50% of the total booking amount.

• 7 days or fewer before check-in: No refund.
  No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

4. Maximum Occupancy & Baby Equipment

• The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests, without exception.

• A cot (crib) and a high chair are available upon request for an additional €10 per night.

• Please inform us in advance if you will need them, so we can prepare everything for your arrival.

• Check-in: from 16:00

• Check-out: before 10:00

Late check-out may be possible upon request, depending on availability.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome upon request at €30 per night.
Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damage caused.

• Smoking is not permitted indoors.

• Please dispose of waste in the appropriate local containers.

• Leave the property in reasonable condition upon departure.

• Respect the peace and quiet of the surrounding area.

8. Pool Use & Safety

The finca is located in an area with high wildfire risk.
During dry or windy conditions, outdoor fires are prohibited.
If you wish to use the barbecue in such conditions, please use the covered outdoor fireplace and take extra care.

• Children must always be supervised by an adult.

• Running or diving in shallow water is not permitted.

• Glass and sharp objects are strictly prohibited in the pool area.

• Please keep the pool area tidy after use.

Tap water is not potable.
It is safe for washing produce and brushing teeth, but not for drinking or cooking.
Water is a limited resource in Mallorca — please use it responsibly.

The finca runs mainly on solar power, supported by a generator when needed.
To help us stay sustainable:

• Turn off lights when not in use.

• Charge devices and use appliances during daylight hours whenever possible.

12. Ecotax (Sustainable Tourism Tax)

Required by the Government of the Balearic Islands, payable at check-in:

• High Season (May–October): €2 + 10% VAT per person/day

• Low Season (November–April): €0.50 + 10% VAT per person/day

Guests under 16 years are exempt.
From the 9th night onwards, the tax is reduced by 50%.

13. Liability

Guests are responsible for:

• Their personal safety during their stay.

• Any damage caused to the property, furniture, pool, or equipment.
